Being concerned about the large amount of plastic our babies and toddlers are exposed to, along with the possible health concerns, was the motivation for Dr Stacey Lander to create the EcoElla & Friends brand. This green baby company is on a mission is to provide awareness of the many plastic alternatives out there – kind to baby and kind to the planet. Reducing plastic in our oceans to prevent the disruption of our natural ecosystems is an added bonus and can only be good for the environment. EcoElla & Friends pride themselves on offering environmentally-friendly, plastic-free and non-toxic baby products.
Their online shop therefore only sells natural baby essentials, toys and products made from wood, silicone, bamboo and cotton. They partner with companies and individuals who adhere to specific requirements within the EcoElla Promise, to ensure that all items are non-toxic and eco-friendly.
They also have a whole squad of “cutsie patootsie” characters who appear on their baby clothing. The cutsie team includes Ella the Elephant, Geoffrey the Giraffe, Filbert the Zebra, Mya the Monkey, Bubble and Squeak (the twin ducklings). Together, EcoElla & Friends are here to help your little ones to grow up naturally.
